Muzhappilangad Drivein Beach

Muzhappilangad is Kerala’s only drive-in beach and the longest in Asia, allowing visitors to drive cars and bikes for a full 4 km on its firm, compact sand. Located parallel to NH 66, the beach is bordered by black rocks that protect it from strong currents, making it safe for swimming. It is a hub for adventure enthusiasts, offering activities like paragliding, parasailing, and power boating. During low tide, visitors can walk to the nearby Dharmadam Island (Green Island). A beach festival is usually held in April, featuring car and bike stunts.
