Soochipara Falls

Soochipara Falls, also called Sentinel Rock Falls, is a crown jewel of Wayanad’s mountain charm. Water plunges from nearly 200 meters into a deep natural pool surrounded by forests rich in teak and eucalyptus. The name ‘Soochipara’ comes from the sharp needle-like rocks that guard the area, giving the fall its striking identity. As sunlight scatters through the leaves, the entire landscape glows in liquid gold and emerald hues.
